Ajax Animator is a pretty basic, and doesn't have as many of the tools as the actual flash does, but as for as an online alternative is concerned. I think it's pretty good, and plus the animations are nice and smooth.

Here's 2 examples I made, and I know their pretty bad, but I'm sure you can come up with a better animation.
