SUSE Studio - http://susestudio.com/

About The Website:
SUSE Studio is a website that allows you to create your own operating system based on openSUSE 11.1 without any coding, needed. (My Personal Fav)

You can make it into a 32bit or 64bit
You can customize how the bootscreen, logon, and wallpaper look, along with the appliance logo as well.
You can change the language too.
You can even import single files that'll be copied to the specified directory, and archives (.tar, .tar.gz, .tar.bz2, .tgz, or .zip) will be extracted into the directory specified. So you can even change the theme it comes with, with a new one before you even test it out for the first time. (Files can be uploaded from your computer or the web)

When you're ready to create your OS, you can create it in a...
   * Disk Image (hard disk, USB stick)
   * Live CD/DVD (.iso)
   * VMware Virtual Machine
   * Xen Virtual Machine

You can also change what version it is as well.

NOTE: File size is limited, and the .iso images take awhile to download (like all the rest out there).

Custom NimbleX 2 - http://custom.nimblex.net/

About The Website:
Custom NimbleX 2 is a website that allows you to create your own operating system without any coding, needed. You choose which programs come with the os you've created, and in minutes you download it.

The only customization options you have is choices of wallpapers to choose from, and you can upload your own wallpaper, with a big selection of wallpapers.

NOTE: File size is limited, and the .iso images take awhile to download (like all the rest out there).

Now go ahead, and start creating your own operating systems now.
