First off to make this process go much faster by installing the FlyakiteOSX transformation pack. (It does come with a uninstaller)

Now once you've installed FlyakiteOSX transformation pack, install Finderbar, and leftsider (32bit) and 64bit as well.

Finderbar obviously gives you the Mac's Finderbar.
Leftsider moves your windows buttons from the right to the left.

If you wanna get any other programs like MacSearch, MacClock, go right ahead. Their all located on the Finderbar's website.
