Dual Monitors on Ubuntu 9.04

This may vary on graphics card, and operating system. However I'm gonna show you how I did it.

NOTE: Make sure all everything is plugged in correctly for the second monitor. I'm not gonna tell what what plugs in where though.

Now first off head to System/Administration/NVIDIA X Server Settings

Close

Now click on X Server Display Configuration

Now click the Configure button and select TwinView so you can click and drag applications to the other monitor, and then it's time to select the resolution.

Now lets say you're in my shoes, and your second monitor displays on your left so when you had to click, and drag the application to the right to go to the other monitor. Well to solve that just click, and drag monitor number 2 on the left, and maybe so some checking, and unchecking to select which monitor you want as the main monitor, and then you're good to go.

The settings of mine are shown below.

NOTICE: Each time you want dual monitors, you'll haft to do this step, unless you didn't take it off, turn your pc off, or even log off.
