If you use the Firefox web browser, you can install the Greasemonkey Add-On (if not already installed)

Once you've installed the add-on and restarted Firefox go ahead, and install this Greasemonkey script, and under the embed code they'll be a download link to download the youtube video as .mp4.

I updated the tutorial by adding in a text tutorial under the videos. Hopefully that's help you out.
