Converting Audio and Video Formats

First off go and get OggConvert.

Click the source menu, and find your file.

Conversion settings set to whatever you like.

For Destination change the file type there from .ogv or w/e you have to .avi .mp4 or whatever video file you want to convert it to.

Next hit convert, and in a matter of seconds it'll convert your video.

You can also use Format Factory, by running it on WINE.
