Added a new sub-forum into Desktop Enhancements called Desktop Recording.

Added a new sub-forum into Graphics/Design called Viewers.

Added a new sub-forum into Miscellaneous called Text Editors & Tools.

We renamed the Clocks & Calendars forum to Alarms/Clocks/Reminders/Calendars.

The following forums are publicly viewable along with the sub-forums inside it.

By doing this we hope more users will interact with the forum (without spamming it), get their questions asked (If they didn't/don't wanna register), and hopefully more users, and people will come checkout Freeware Tips, and register.
