About The Program:
Assault Cube is an open source 3d shooter done in the old school deathmatch style of gameplay, but with much newer graphics. Gameplay is especially good in this game due to the way it's implemented. Unlike the original Cube and Cube 2 on which it's built, Action Cube provides you with a much better and fuller gaming experience. I've found that it runs much smoother, has zero lag, and the gameplay is quite a bit more fun and challenging. It's like mixing what made the old school FPS (First Person Shooter) games fun with a lot of what makes modern games, little counterstrike, fun as well.

Windows Requirements:
* Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7
* 1GHz or higher CPU
* 256MB RAM
* GeForce 4 MX or equivalent GPU.
* OpenAL (NOTE: This is included in the installation files, tarball, etc: etc:)

However, if you want to play at the maximum settings. The requirements are a bit stiffer. You'll need at least:
* 2GHz or higher CPU
* 512MB RAM
* GeForce 6600 or equivalent shader model 2.0 GPU

As for Linux same applies, but you'll also need SDL.

Now for Mac OS X the same applies, except I couldn't find the compatible OS. So try at your own RISK!!!
